What You'll Achieve.
Achievement and delivery against the Client’s Key Result Areas and targets for CPM by maximising orders / sales in & out in their assigned stores across all SKU's; Deliver and execute the agreed objectives and targets as set out by your line manager; Sell in and build activations in line with company targets; Constantly strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
Industry & Context.
Nationwide role over nights will be required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Full clean driving licence, Previous experience selling into Dunnes stores, A good understanding of the FMCG sector, Knowledge of both the SuperValu & Convenience channels, Technology Aware, intermediate computer literacy skills (MS Word, Outlook, Power Bi)
What You'll Do.
Provide Nationwide sales cover in Dunnes to the core sales team
Increase business and maximise sales
Adhere to a defined retail call file and journey plan
Deliver and execute the agreed objectives and targets
Increase Distribution and Availability within store of core range and process appropriate orders electronically for all stores to prevent gaps
Increase Distribution and Availability within store by implementing national and locally agreed planograms and promotions
Record all data accurately and submit in a timely manner on a daily basis
Sell in and build activations in line with company targets
Merchandising off sales
Understand and identify the needs of the customer
Communicate effectively with store management and line managers
Provide feedback at regular intervals through verbal communication with your manager/coach and through electronically generated spreadsheets
Constantly strive to reach highest standards of performance
Maintain CPM and Client standards at all times
Operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Attend a team conference call once a week and team meeting once a month/Qtr.; Communicate effectively with store management and line managers; Provide feedback at regular intervals through verbal communication with your manager/coach
