Eligibility Requirements

Located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Hybrid schedule (minimum of 3 days per week in the office once established), Travel estimated at 20–30%, Domestic travel (primarily Toronto and Quebec), International travel 2–3 times per year (primarily the U. S. , and Germany every other year)

7+ years of managerial experience in Sales, financial acumen, leadership capabilities, High level of initiative and ownership, Analytical and strategic thinker, Excellent communication and presentation, Bachelor’s degree

Nice to Have

B2B experience, cleaning industry experience, healthcare and/or hospitality channels experience, MBA

What You'll Do.

Lead and grow Canadian Professional (B2B) business

Define and execute sales strategy

Set and cascade targets

and motivate sales team

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Lead sales organization through transformation

Own forecasting process

Develop and execute Annual Operating Plan

Monitor and analyze business performance

Identify gaps and implement corrective actions

Lead top-to-top customer engagement

Drive sales capability development

Leverage and optimize sales force effectiveness tools
