Must Have
JD from an ABA-accredited law school, Admitted to practice in at least one state, 5+ years of litigation and experience discovery experience required, Proven ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, client counseling and relationship management skills, Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, Exceptional written and oral communication skills, Advanced technical proficiency with litigation and discovery tools
Nice to Have
Experience handling multi-jurisdictional litigation and/or national claims programs preferred, Background in transportation, logistics, trucking, or related regulatory frameworks preferred, Familiarity with emerging e-commerce or gig economy legal issues is a plus
What You'll Do.
Independently manage a nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution in a fast-moving environment
Conduct thorough investigations and proactively spot discovery issues unique to each case
Develop and craft strategic discovery responses tailored to individual cases while ensuring alignment with overarching national litigation strategies
Continuously monitor and evaluate discovery processes to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
Manage and continuously improve a national claims program
identifying efficiencies and scalable solutions

Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with attorneys, partners, and client to develop case strategy and discovery plans; Collaborate across offices and practice groups to deliver seamless, team-oriented service
