What They're Looking For.

Must Have

JD from an ABA-accredited law school, Admitted to practice in at least one state, 5+ years of litigation and experience discovery experience required

Nice to Have

Experience handling multi-jurisdictional litigation and/or national claims programs preferred, Background in transportation, logistics, trucking, or related regulatory frameworks preferred, Familiarity with emerging e-commerce or gig economy legal issues is a plus

What You'll Do.

Independently manage a nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution

Conduct thorough investigations

proactively spot discovery issues unique to each case

Develop and craft strategic discovery responses tailored to individual cases

ensure alignment with overarching national litigation strategies

Continuously monitor and evaluate discovery processes

identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation

Manage and continuously improve a national claims program

identifying efficiencies and scalable solutions

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

partnering closely with clients and colleagues; Collaborate across offices and practice groups to deliver seamless, team-oriented service; partner closely with attorneys, partners, and client to develop case strategy and discovery plans
