8–12+ years fintech experience, 8–12+ years digital banking experience, 8–12+ years high-growth financial services experience, Proven experience scaling digital deposit products, Experience establishing a brand nationally, Understanding of deposit economics, Understanding of pricing, Understanding of funding dynamics, Hands-on experience digital account opening, Hands-on experience onboarding, Hands-on experience growth funnels, Comfortable operating with ambiguity, Comfortable operating with speed, Comfortable operating with ownership
