Must Have
15+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on distribution, partnerships, or bancassurance, Proven success in building and scaling sales networks (field, tele, and agency), Strong relationships with leading insurers and brokers in India, Deep understanding of insurance products, pricing structures, and regulatory frameworks, Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across geographies with strategic clarity and operational discipline, Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing fintech environment
Nice to Have
Preferably based out of NCR region or willing to relocate
What You'll Do.
building and scaling our insurance distribution across Health
and Affinity products
leading the strategic development of the business
forging partnerships with insurers and brokers
building a high-performing team across field sales
Define and execute Tide’s insurance distribution strategy across Health
and Affinity categories
Build and nurture relationships with insurance providers and brokers to co-create innovative
Establish and grow a national agency and partner network to drive insurance distribution across geographies
and manage high-performing field and tele-sales teams to deliver consistent growth
Collaborate with partners and internal teams to design and launch differentiated insurance offerings for Tide members
Develop scalable processes
compliance frameworks
and performance tracking systems to ensure quality and efficiency
Work closely with Product
and Member Engagement teams to ensure seamless integration of insurance offerings into the Tide ecosystem
Monitor industry trends
and regulatory changes to keep Tide’s insurance strategy agile and compliant
