Full Job Description

National Director, Patient Education Liaison Location: Remote, United States (Travel Required) Position Summary At Praxis, we believe patients and caregivers deserve more than access to innovative therapies—they deserve a trusted partner throughout their treatment journey. The National Director, Patient Education Liaison (PEL) will build, lead, and develop a field-based team responsible for supporting patients and caregivers from prescription through treatment initiation and beyond. The PEL team serves as a trusted educational resource while also helping patients and families navigate access-related challenges that may delay or disrupt treatment. Working closely with healthcare providers, Patient Services, specialty pharmacies, Market Access, and internal cross-functional partners, the PEL team helps ensure patients understand their therapy, know what to expect throughout the treatment journey, and receive timely support when barriers arise. This leader will establish the vision, strategy, capabilities, and performance standards for the Patient Education Liaison organization while creating an exceptional experience for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Primary Responsibilities Build and Lead the Patient Education Liaison Team Build, lead, and develop a high-performing field-based team of Patient Education Liaisons.
