Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, Engineering or related field, Proven success in the FMCG industry, Experience managing business unit from Plan and Forecast to Execution, Experience managing specific sales function, respective area, key account or product, communication skills with structured and clear delivery, Excellent organizational and time management skills, Data-centric mindset with analytical capabilities
What You'll Do.
Develop and execute strategies to grow Food Service in cold chain and innovation
Track and analyze weekly sales performance using data-driven insights
Collaborate with Regional Managers
Data Insight and Finance teams
Develop solid enter plan including kitchen trial
customer trial and identify product beneficial to deliver selling store to team
Develop trade activation both in stores and operators
Develop training to sales team
setting up hit list and review the penetration performance including set up technical issues at the first stage
Monitor competitor activities and share commercial insights
Share best practices across the Food Service team
Diagnose performance gaps and define corrective actions
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Food Service

About the position 📍 Location: Tangerang, Indonesia About the Role This role focus on driving growth in the Food Service with develop business on cold chain and innovation acceleration business through strategic business plan, data-driven insights, and strong collaboration across functions. Function related to Supply Chain, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Data Insight and Finance. You will identify opportunities, optimize performance, and ensure continuous improvement to achieve commercial success. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to grow Food Service in cold chain and innovation Track and analyze weekly sales performance using data-driven insights to ensure alignment with strategic objectives Collaborate with Regional Managers, Supply Chain, Marketing, Data Insight and Finance teams to provide proven results on cold chain and innovation Develop solid enter plan including kitchen trial, customer trial and identify product beneficial to deliver selling store to team. Develop trade activation both in stores and operators. Develop training to sales team, setting up hit list and review the penetration performance including set up technical issues at the first stage.
