Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States, Ability to perform, but not limited to, sitting, standing, walking, driving, and lifting at least thirty-five pounds, Travel requirement is a minimum of 50% annually throughout the United States
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States, Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred with 5+ years’ of national account management experience in the new construction building industry, Or high school diploma with 10+ years of national account management experience in the new construction building industry, Vast knowledge of the residential new construction industry, including IRC, IBC, IECC, and Energy Star, Comfortable presenting either live or virtual, and meeting with executive-level employees, Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Teams, Excellent verbal, written, and public communication skills, Ability to perform, but not limited to, sitting, standing, walking, driving, and lifting at least thirty-five pounds, Travel requirement is a minimum of 50% annually throughout the United States

What You'll Do.
Create and maintain business relationships with residential single-family home builders throughout the United States
Support the sales team by generating opportunities for builder utilization of HBS spray foam insulation
Create and maintain relationships with strategic residential new construction US home builders
Secure annually forecasted single-family business through the available HBS builder programs
Work with sales and contractors to increase wallet share of current single-family business
Utilize various HBS segments to help drive specification of HBS products and assemblies
Timely completion of monthly expenses
Ride with Territory Managers to help drive business with accounts and home builders
Provide regular updates to Sales
and the HBS Leadership Team
Attend HBS-sponsored national and regional networking events and conferences
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with sales and contractors to increase wallet share of current single-family business; Provide regular updates to Sales, Marketing, BSE, and the HBS Leadership Team; Ride with Territory Managers to help drive business with accounts and home builders
Communication Scope
Excellent verbal, written, and public communication skills; Comfortable presenting either live or virtual, and meeting with executive-level employees
