What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5+ years of experience in retail account management, channel sales, or partnership management, Proven track record managing large retail accounts, organizational skills and high attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels, Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously, Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office, Willingness to travel to store locations and partner offices as needed
Nice to Have
preferably in home improvement, home services, bath remodeling, windows, or consumer goods, big-box or wholesale club experience strongly preferred, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that highlight results
and forward-looking growth initiatives
Develop and maintain joint business plans with retail partners

and corporate initiatives
Translate partner strategies
and success metrics into actionable internal plans across sales
Proactively identify risks

Act as a trusted advisor to retail partners by bringing insights

We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused National Account Manager – Retail to own and grow our presence inside Home Depot, Costco, Walmart, BJ's Wholesale Club, and other retail partners. This role is the primary point of contact for our retail partners and is responsible for driving in-store sales for all product lines, ensuring program execution, ensuring program compliance, and deepening strategic relationships that fuel revenue growth. This role ensures accurate and timely responses to our retail partners, our divisions and our customers.
