Join our top-notch team of nearly 48,000 professionals globally who are making their mark on some of the world’s most beloved brands, including DEWALT®, CRAFTSMAN®, CUB CADET®, STANLEY® and BLACK+DECKER. ** __What You Will Get To Do__** * Increase sales for the portfolio for your respective businesses * Prepare and present business plans to include: * Initiate and champion line review process, expand assortment * Initiate and plan account promotional plans * Merchandising co-development and execution * Co-ordinate divisional channel manager activities * Build out and plan ecommerce strategy * Responsible for account P&L measurements, including: * Top line sales * Standard margin * Warranty * Controllable expenses * Co-op and VR negotiations * Lead purposeful meetings with Account key contact, drive POS & Shipments * Fine Mitigation * Partnership with Channel Manager to execute business plan * Forecasting ownership (unit detail/sales call reconciliation) * Track and analyze POS results * Liaise with corresponding U.S. Sales Teams ** __Who You Are__** * College or University graduate with degree or diploma in Business or another relevant field of study * 5+ years’ experience in Sales/Marketing with a record of demonstrated achievement and leadership, strong team player * Creativity and strategic thinking skills * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks * Excellent selling and negotiation skills * Understanding of financial concepts * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-Moti
