What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5 - 7 years progressive selling experience with major retail Walmart selling experience a must, Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal, written and presentation skills), manage time effectively and build relationships across disciplines, Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is essential, with a high degree of flexibility and tolerance of change

Nice to Have

Club channel selling experience a plus

What You'll Do.

Generate profitable business on the Mass and Club channels by developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan

Prospect new business relationships and cultivate existing account relationships

Learn detailed information about the customer (including strategic challenges and priorities)

Identify key decision makers and coordinate necessary meetings (including Top to Tops) with the account and Gerber teams

Identify and prioritize opportunities across in-line assortment

new category expansion

and promotional activity

Ensure professional sales coordination and planning (including forecast/report sales accuracy)

Develop and deliver account proposals and market plans

Own and manage the line review process for their respective account

Build account relationships and generate profitable business directly with customers

Full ownership and accountability of customer sales and profitability planning and execution

Analyze sales data and provide accurate forecasting

Provide appropriate sales planning and coordination by working with Channel Marketing and NPD to create comprehensive sales plans and proposals

Coordinate and attend internal sales meetings

customer meetings and occasional trade shows
