Full Job Description

About the Role We’re searching for the next valued member of the TCCD team to help deliver the next phase of our growth journey. This is a critical role in our business: you’ll take ownership of national customer relationships and drive commercial outcomes across Australia’s independent grocery ecosystem — including national wholesalers and banner groups. You’ll lead joint business planning, promotions, and category initiatives that grow distribution, share of shelf, and ROI to achieve our revenue, spend and market share goals. We’re a high performing and connected team privileged to represent tier‑1 brands through our partnership with Procter & Gamble, bringing real ownership, fast decisions, and visible impact.
