Industry & Context.
Proactively identify and resolve customer, operational, and commercial issues
Travel may be required for sales exhibits/shows and medical congresses.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of successful enterprise healthcare sales experience within sleep medicine, diagnostics, or digital health, with demonstrated success selling into IDNs, health systems, or strategic healthcare accounts., Highly motivated, results-oriented professional with a demonstrated ability to independently drive complex sales opportunities to closure., business and financial acumen with a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach focused on delivering customer value and long-term partnership., initiative with results driven personality, business acumen with consultative approach and a passion for customer success, Exceptional organizational and time management ability to multi-task and prioritize work in fast paced entrepreneurial environment, Excellent written and verbal communications skills, Excellent presentation skills, Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel & powerpoint); ability to learn other applications used by organization, Minimum of two years’ experience with industry leading CRM or Salesforce

Experience navigating complex healthcare sales environments involving executive leadership, procurement, clinical stakeholders, and operational teams preferred.

and enterprise accounts.
Identifying and advancing new business opportunities.
Building trusted relationships with executive leadership
clinical stakeholders
and operational decision-makers.
Maintaining accurate forecasting
customer engagement activity
and account planning documentation.
Proactively identifying and resolving customer
and commercial issues.
Developing business cases and value propositions.
Supporting evaluations
and long-term account growth.
Participating in sales orientation and sales training programs.
Assisting in the planning and execution of sales exhibits/shows.
Attending medical congresses as needed.
Staying informed and educated on competitive offerings
services and other general information of interest to customers and co-workers.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partnering cross-functionally with commercial leadership, clinical, marketing, reimbursement, and operations teams to accelerate adoption and expand utilization of Onera solutions.; Collaborating closely with Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute strategic account plans.; Partnering with marketing, clinical, reimbursement, and product teams to support evaluations, implementations, and long-term account growth.; Sharing information with immediate supervisor.
