Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, 3+ years related work experience in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or Business Development Roles in the CPG Industry, Understanding of Syndicated Data (Spins/IRI/Nielsen), Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Intermediate Excel skills (pivot basic formulas/VLOOKUP’s), Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, Familiarity with the following retail systems: Luminate, Circana, Retail Link, Item360, STIBO, Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large datasets and complex information, Analytical mindset with a passion for solving business challenges, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
Preference for Beverage, specifically Energy Category, Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, data visualization tools)
What You'll Do.
Gather and analyze sales data
Manage and maintain relationships with key national customers
Identify opportunities for growth

Develop and maintain sales dashboards
Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
Summarize complex data into clear visuals
Assist in preparing materials for meetings
Develop sales forecasts and budgets
