Must Have

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, 3+ years related work experience in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or Business Development Roles in the CPG Industry, Understanding of Syndicated Data (Spins/IRI/Nielsen), Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Intermediate Excel skills (pivot basic formulas/VLOOKUP’s), Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, Familiarity with the following retail systems: Luminate, Circana, Retail Link, Item360, STIBO, Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large datasets and complex information, Analytical mindset with a passion for solving business challenges, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

Preference for Beverage, specifically Energy Category, Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, data visualization tools)
