10+ years professional narrative writing experience, 3 years experience running writers’ rooms, 3 years experience giving notes, 3 years experience supervising other writers, Experience with GenAI, 6 years as a screenwriter, 3 years of experience in TV and/or serialized short form writing supervision, Idiomatically fluent in English and Hindi, Experience with structure, scene, and dialog punch-up of other writers’ work, Proficiency in GenAI and traditional screenwriting tools, Understanding of content production principles and workflows, Ability to handle multiple productions simultaneously, Excellent attention to detail, Creativity, Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, communication skills, openness to feedback
