What you’ll be doing: - Tool Operation & Processing: Safely and accurately operate cleanroom production equipment. - Process Execution: Strictly follow established recipes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines to ensure consistent wafer-scale fabrication. - Quality & Monitoring: Monitor tool performance during production runs. Perform basic inspections of the wafers and immediately flag any anomalies, defects, or machine errors to the engineering team. - Accurate Documentation: Log production data, batch records, and tool usage clearly and accurately to maintain full traceability of our products. - Cleanroom Maintenance: Help maintain a pristine working environment, ensuring workstations are prepped, materials are stocked, and cleanroom protocols are strictly followed. Your profile - You bring practical experience from a high-precision manufacturing environment and possess the discipline to work independently in an academic cleanroom environment. - Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across R&D and production teams. - Organized & detail-oriented, able to document your work clearly and follow established procedures. - You are a clear communicator who works well in a team and knows when to escalate issues to the engineers.
