BS in Electrical Engineering. 2+ years’ experience in NAND or reliability/product engineering. self-motivation and problem-solving skills.

PhD in Electrical Engineering.
What You'll Do.
Develop NAND array algorithms with a focus on performance and reliability.
Improve fab processes to meet target margins.
Set device conditions for performance/reliability specs.
Issue design change requests to achieve goals.
Address issues found in testing and qualification.
Create test flows to identify failures.
Build physics models to analyze device behavior.
