Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is looking for a Finance Manager to be a trusted finance partner supporting operational and functional leaders. You partner with the Regional Finance Manager to help develop and execute weekly and monthly financial reviews, forecasting, and reporting models and their continuous innovation and communicating to Financial and Operations partners. You identify and solve complex data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders on resolution, insisting on the highest standards. You identify the need for improved controls to address risk driven by business, industry, policy, and regulatory changes and proactively propose control solutions. You create effective business partnership, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance during unexpected events. Business Analysis You identify and implement opportunities to resolve finance issues, improve, scale, or simplify finance tools, technology, and processes across teams and organizations. You understand how data flows through our financial platforms and know the right data to use for analysis, and establish a source of truth. You simplify and centralize process improvement and reporting to allow business partners and customers to take action quickly.
