What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years program or project management experience, 3+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps), SQL knowledge, Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams, Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
3+ years driving end to end delivery, 3+ years driving process improvements, Experience in stakeholder management, PMP certificate, Experience building processes, Experience project management, Experience managing schedules
What You'll Do.
Oversee delivery of hard facilities services
Oversee delivery of soft facilities services
Own strategic projects and programs
Own tactical projects and programs
Own cross-functional projects and programs
Own technology projects and programs
Communicate status to senior management
Communicate risks to senior management
Communicate process changes to senior management
Communicate product changes to senior management
Ensure base building maintenance meets standards
Ensure soft services meet standards
Work with OEMs for cost drivers
Work with SMEs for cost drivers
Mitigate cost drivers
Support field RME colleagues
Support field BXM colleagues
Provide tools for local teams
Manage performance of soft services
Manage performance of hard services
Provide technical leadership
Mentor site-based facilities leads
Measure high performance via KPIs
Measure high performance via SLAs
Act as escalation point for safety incidents
Act as escalation point for quality of service
Act as escalation point for downtime incidents
Collaborate with Field RME
