We are looking for a **NA Payroll Union Report Analyst** **What you will do:** Payroll Services Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality payroll services across North America, with a strong focus on employee experience and compliance. This role manages employee-facing processes in Mexico, including payroll portals and benefits, while supporting payroll operations in the U.S. and Canada for Direct Deposit, Tax Elections, Time & Attendance systems, and union reporting. The specialist also contributes to process improvement initiatives, innovation projects, and the integration of new technologies, including AI, to enhance efficiency and service quality. **How you will do it:** * Administer employee payroll services in Mexico, including management of payroll receipt portals and meal voucher processes. * Collaborate with HR Advisors to improve service delivery for employees. * Ensure precise and timely processing of payroll benefits and employee requests. * Support payroll operations for the U.S. and Canada, including Direct Deposit setup, Tax Elections (federal and state), and union reporting requirements. * Utilize Time & Attendance systems (NxGen, Kronos) to maintain accurate data for payroll processing. * Prepare and distribute regional payroll reports and analytics for North America. * Conduct SO
