Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field, 2–5+ years of experience in mutual fund operations, fund accounting, regulatory reporting, or fund administration, analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Ability to manage multiple deadlines, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of SEC Form N-PORT requirements, Investment Company Act reporting regulations preferred, Understanding of mutual fund securities, derivatives, liquidity classifications, and portfolio reporting concepts, Experience with fund accounting platforms, data warehouses, or regulatory reporting tools preferred, Experience within a fund administrator, asset management firm, or financial services organization, Knowledge of additional regulatory filings such as N-CEN, N-CSR, or Form PF is a plus, Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, automation/reporting technologies preferred
