Must Have
US citizen, Associates degree and 7+ years of experience in project management and supply chain, Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in project management and supply chain, Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in project management and supply chain, JD/PhD, 9+ years of experience in project management and supply chain lieu of a degree
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Purchasing strategy, policies, processes & tools, Technical knowledge in supply chain management and manufacturing processes, leadership and communication skills, Knowledge of Project Management processes, tools and techniques, Possesses the flexibility to respond to uncertain or ambiguous situations, Experience in conducting supplier readiness and technical risk assessments, Prior manufacturing experience to identify/advise on producability & cost reduction opportunities, Good understanding of R-R quality requirements & processes (MVA, FAIR, PPAP, SABRe), Experience with teaching & mentoring procurement & manufacturing processes, Demonstrated experience working with suppliers to deliver expectations, Demonstrated ability to consult, collaborate, and influence across all levels of the organization, Previous experience in proposals, New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, and costing methodologies
What You'll Do.
Lead development hardware supply chain efforts
Gain sourcing concurrence with Group Procurement
Develop standardized procurement activity tracking & reporting
Conduct or facilitate tasks such as NDA
Support procurement to negotiate
and control purchase orders
Develop detailed supplier plans
Present Supplier Status internally
