Associates degree and 7+ years of experience in project management and supply chain, Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in project management and supply chain, Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in project management and supply chain, JD/PhD, 9+ years of experience in project management and supply chain lieu of a degree, US citizen
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Purchasing strategy, policies, processes & tools, Technical knowledge in supply chain management and manufacturing processes, leadership and communication skills, Knowledge of Project Management processes, tools and techniques, Possesses the flexibility to respond to uncertain or ambiguous situations, Experience in conducting supplier readiness and technical risk assessments, Prior manufacturing experience to identify/advise on producability & cost reduction opportunities, Good understanding of R-R quality requirements & processes (MVA, FAIR, PPAP, SABRe), Experience with teaching & mentoring procurement & manufacturing processes, Demonstrated experience working with suppliers to deliver expectations, Demonstrated ability to consult, collaborate, and influence across all levels of the organization, Previous experience in proposals, New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, and costing methodologies

Lead hardware supply chain efforts

Work with procurement organization on sourcing strategies
Gain sourcing concurrence with Group Procurement
Develop standardized procurement activity tracking & reporting
Conduct supplier selections
Conduct Sourcing Boards
Obtain export licenses
Support procurement to negotiate purchase orders
Prepare purchase orders
Issue purchase orders
Control purchase orders
Develop detailed supplier plans
Include supply chain deliverables
Work with integrated team and suppliers to execute
Present Supplier Status internally

## **Job Description** **Job Title:****MV-75 Supply Chain Project Manager** **Working Pattern: Fulltime** **Working location: Indianapolis, IN** As the MV-75 Supply Chain Project Manager, you will lead a cross functional team, with procurement emphasis, to achieve program objectives and deliver products and proposals to the customer at the right time, cost, quality, and responsiveness.
