Join our on-call events team supporting some of Chicago’s most recognizable cultural institutions and high-profile public spaces. This role offers the opportunity to work premier events alongside professional teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. Ideal candidates are polished, dependable, and thrive in dynamic event settings. Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to: Officers must be attentive, approachable, and capable of enforcing policies while delivering excellent customer service to guests, staff, and vendors. This is a high-visibility, physically demanding, customer-facing role in a fast-paced public environment. Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages. Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required Enforce museum rules and policies in a professional, customer-service-oriented manner Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management Provide a visible security presence throughout the museum
