Clearway Environmental Services is a leading provider of vacant property security and environmental clearance services. We are seeking a Multiskilled Labourer to join our dedicated team on a permanent basis, based out of our Erith office, working a 40-hour week + over time. Purpose of the Role As a Multiskilled Labourer with Clearway Services, your duties will involve working both indoors and outdoors, deglazing and re-installing original doors and windows, installing security as required, building wooden framework, installing Heras fencing, and installing temporary alarms. Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Hands-on and willing to undertake multiple tasks across commercial properties covering both internal and external areas. Basic carpentry skills desirable but full training will be given. Confident, personable with good communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Available to work on call when required and be available for occasional UK travel outside of your dedicated working area, with overnight stays if required. Full UK driving licence (minor points considered). Transit/Sprinter van experience would be beneficial. Minimum one years’ commercial driving experience. Reliable, honest, polite with a good sense of humour. Commitment and a willingness to work hard. Able to stay calm under pressure. A Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card – desirable.
