Commercial insurance experience, technical knowledge of complex multinational programs, experience of the multinational environment and processes, Experience working with multinational corporations, Ability to identify operational improvements, gain technical knowledge / experience to carry out those improvements, Ability to work on own initiative, organized, good time management skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work, meet deadlines

Provide multinational subject matter expertise
Support colleagues on multinational program design
Support colleagues on territorial information
Support colleagues on multinational problem solving
Promote adoption of AIG Multinational End-to-End process
Assist with drafting facultative reinsurance documentation
Assist with collection of facultative reinsurance documentation
Provide guidance on operational process
Provide guidance on information requirements for reinsurance placements
