What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4–6+ years of experience producing video and multimedia content in a corporate or marketing environment, Proven ability to shoot and edit high-quality video content for digital channels, technical knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio production, Proficiency with video editing tools (e. g. , Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve), Solid design foundation with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Experience creating motion graphics or simple animations for video content, understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and brand consistency across formats, Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance creative workflows or output

Nice to Have

Experience designing marketing assets across digital channels (web, social, paid media), Familiarity with web content management systems, email design, and basic HTML, Knowledge of media formats, codecs, and asset management best practices, Experience analyzing content performance and applying insights to improve output, Photography experience

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborating with marketers to bring ideas to life across channels; Work closely with the Lead Designer to ensure all creative output aligns with GMO’s brand standards and visual direction; Work closely with marketing stakeholders to understand objectives, timelines, and audience needs; Partner closely with the Lead Designer to translate brand standards into motion and multimedia applications; Contribute creative ideas and recommendations to improve storytelling and visual impact
