Nice to Have

Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and performance feedback loops, Familiarity with task management tools (ClickUp a plus), AI creative tool fluency a plus (Flora, Gemini, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc. ), Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house growth team, Portfolio that shows concept iterated multiple ways
