Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, In-depth knowledge of thermoplastic processes, In-depth knowledge of compounding, In-depth knowledge of injection molding, In-depth knowledge of extrusion techniques, Understanding of polymer materials, Understanding of formulation, Understanding of organic compounds, Understanding of silicone compounds, Proven experience in TS&D role, Proven experience in customer-facing environments, Proven experience in Thermoplastic Compounding set-up, Fluent in English writing, Fluent in English speaking, 5 years of relevant experience, 5 years technical expertise, Highly organized project management, Build work plans with responsibility, Adept planning of activities, Ability to meet deadlines, Ability to meet commitments, Ability to work in collaborative setting, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Experienced with IT tools such as SAP
