Must Have

Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects, Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems, Earned Value Management Systems Certification, An active and transferable U. S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date, U. S. citizenship is required

What You'll Do.

Lead and manage effective execution of the Team to meet Tomahawk missile delivery commitments

Define project schedules

budget and resource requirements and ensure adherence to program milestones

Manage risk identification

mitigation strategies and resolution of technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

communicating project status

Support proposal development and planning activities for future projects and initiatives
