Must Have

Multi-unit or multi-store management experience preferred, Proven leadership ability and comfort taking direction from multiple stakeholders, Experience in a customer service retail experience strongly preferred, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Basic computer skills and retail math knowledge, Hardworking and diligent, with a high degree of personal integrity and honesty, time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, Ability to embrace and apply new techniques and ideas, Availability to work a varied schedule based on the needs of a unique retail environment, Physical requirements: ability to lift, carry, and move a minimum of 40 lbs, including fixtures and product, Ability to actively supervise a retail sales floor, Ability and willingness to travel to all Shop locations within the territory

What You'll Do.

Oversee and execute monthly sales plan achievement

Oversee bi-yearly inventory results

Ensure brand standards and operational efficiencies

Partner with General Managers and Assistant General Managers

Staff positions and train Shop Managers-on-Duty and Style Advisors

Direct and motivate the retail sales team

Ensure highest level of customer service

Align retail operations with club culture and brand standards

Support club leadership

Ensure seamless member experience

Take direction on retail policies and procedures

Take direction on financial goals and planning

Take direction on merchandise selection and allocation

Ensure maximum productivity and compliance

and develop Shop staff

Recruit and maintain staff reflecting business needs

and development of Shop staff

Create and maintain a succession plan

Achieve assigned monthly sales goals

Coach and develop selling tactics and business metrics

Ensure unparalleled customer experience

Resolve issues related to The Shop

Maintain current knowledge of services

Understand member profile and demographic

Engage in club communities

Engage Shop teams respectfully and professionally

Maintain regular communication with Senior Regional Club Director

Provide feedback and solutions to corporate teams

Contribute clear point of view during meetings

Keep parties informed of Corporate communications

Share vision and direction with Shop team

Uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies

Ensure comprehension of communications and training materials

Assist with scheduling and shift coverage

comprehensive Shop Visit Audits

Ensure Shops reflect company brand standards

Enforce and maintain excellent organizational standards

Ensure Shops are visually compelling

Seek creative solutions to challenges

Adapt management style

Manage time efficiently across territory

Build effective relationships and partnerships

Maintain working knowledge of club environment

Comply with and enforce all company policies

Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with General Managers and Assistant General Managers; Partner with club management and People & Culture on employee relations; Partner with club-level General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and club leadership teams; Collaborate with Retail Corporate team, Retail Field Leadership, and club business partners; Collaborate with Senior Regional Club Director and club management; Build effective relationships and partnerships with fellow employees, colleagues, supervisors, and club leadership

Communication Scope

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, with tact and diplomacy
