What You'll Do.
Lead onsite execution of public and private events
Supervise and support staff members onsite
Post classes on Eventbrite
Compile instructor biographies
Compile Banquet Event Orders
Follow up with clients prior to event
Create class registration pages online
food and beverage orders
Foster accountability in departments
Foster interdepartmental collaboration
Send Outlook calendar invites
Update weekly/monthly calendars
Build and manage client lists
Build and manage client relationships
Create graphic material for events
Print graphic material for events
Perform other duties as required
