The Facilities Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and operational tasks across building systems to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient workplace. This role requires a hands-on professional with expertise in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building maintenance. _**Major skills in HVAC with NCII certificate.**_ ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. * Respond to **facility-related service requests** and resolve issues in a timely manner. * Conduct **routine inspections** of building infrastructure, identifying and addressing potential issues. * Support **office fit-outs, relocations, and reconfigurations** (e.g., furniture moves, minor construction). * Monitor and maintain **building management systems (BMS)** and energy efficiency tools. * Coordinate with **external vendors and contractors** for specialized repairs or services. * Ensure compliance with **safety, health, and environmental regulations**. * Maintain accurate **maintenance logs, checklists, and reports**. * Assist in **emergency response** and business continuity procedures. **Qualifications:** * Technical diploma or certification in **electrical, mechanical, or building services**. * With Valid TESDA NC II Certification for HVAC * Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in a simil
