Must Have
A recognized apprenticeship and formal qualification in an electrical discipline (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds), City & Guilds 18th Edition (BS7671) is mandatory, Proven experience working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a high-end corporate or commercial office environment, Demonstrable expertise in fault-finding on a variety of electrical systems from distribution to final circuits, Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and tenants, Proficient in using CAFM systems and general IT applications
Nice to Have
Inspection and Testing qualification (City & Guilds 2391), A good working knowledge of and willingness to perform basic maintenance on mechanical systems (AHUs, FCUs, etc.), Experience with modern Building Management Systems (BMS) such as Trend or Siemens, F-Gas 2079 qualification for work on air conditioning systems, Formal training in Health & Safety (e.g., IOSH Working Safely), IPAF and PASMA certifications for working at height
