We aim to be an innovative and improving company that exceeds our customers’ expectations while operating in an environmentally responsible and sustainable way. **We are currently recruiting for Multi-Skilled Engineers to join our team.** **We have vacancies at our Fresh potato packing site, as well as at our new Chilled processed goods site, both located in Boston, Lincolnshire.** **Shift & Hours of work: **4 days on, 4 days off - rolling shift, working 06:00hrs to 18:00hrs **Salary:** Competitive #IND-HP ### Key Responsibilities * Perform routine and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems across the manufacturing plant. * Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults efficiently to minimize production downtime. * Assist in the installation, commissioning, and refurbishment of new and existing machinery. * Implement preventative maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. **Requirements** * Relevant engineering qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled engineering disciplines. * Proven experience working as a multi-skilled engineer, preferably within a food manufacturing environment. * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities in both mechanical and electrical systems. * Knowledge of PLCs, automation, and control systems is advantageous. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety. **Benefits** * Long Service Awards * Employee of th
