What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous experience working in skilled trades or handyman services, Knowledge of multiple trades including: Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywall, Flooring, Basic electrical work, Current valid driver’s license, Reliable personal vehicle with proof of insurance, Own standard set of tools, Ability to pass background and driving record checks, communication and customer service skills, Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic
Nice to Have
Experience working independently in customers’ homes, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, Ability to manage multiple project types efficiently, Interest in long-term growth opportunities within the company
What You'll Do.
Complete residential maintenance

Manage daily job assignments and travel between customer locations
