What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years WHS experience, Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience, Knowledge of Microsoft Office, 3+ years people management experience or 2+ years Amazon Safety experience

Nice to Have

Experience in Distribution Center or Manufacturing EHS, Experience implementing lean principles, Experience implementing process improvement

What You'll Do.

Provide WHS support to multiple sites

Execute company safety policies

Ensure compliance to regulations

Lead continuous improvement initiatives

Reduce conditional risk

Reduce ergonomic risk

Build trust with operations team

Inspire change through risk assessments

Perform safety data analysis

Communicate clear messages

Instruct operations leaders in safety policies

Train operations leaders

Assist site teams in incorporating safety standards

Identify best practices

Incorporate standard methodologies

Possess safety program knowledge

Possess environmental knowledge

Possess ergonomic knowledge

Provide guidance on Amazon WHS Policies

Measure site performance against requirements

Identify plan for site deficiencies

Implement plan to fix deficiencies

Deliver on-time projects

Deliver quality projects

Review incident trends

Discover trends to rationalize resource allocation

Perform site safety audits

Identify non-compliance equipment

Identify non-compliance processes

Implement solutions to eliminate risks
