What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years WHS experience, Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience, Knowledge of Microsoft Office, 3+ years people management experience or 2+ years Amazon Safety experience
Nice to Have
Experience in Distribution Center or Manufacturing EHS, Experience implementing lean principles, Experience implementing process improvement
What You'll Do.
Provide WHS support to multiple sites
Execute company safety policies
Ensure compliance to regulations
Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Reduce conditional risk

Provide guidance on Amazon WHS Policies
Measure site performance against requirements
Identify plan for site deficiencies
Implement plan to fix deficiencies

Review incident trends
Discover trends to rationalize resource allocation
Perform site safety audits
Identify non-compliance equipment
