Must Have

Nice to Have
Certified Pool Operator (CPO), EPA Section 608 Type II (Universal preferred), knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

POSITION SUMMARY The Multi-Site Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance, functionality, and appearance of a designated group of properties within RedPeak’s portfolio. This role ensures that all maintenance operations—including preventative maintenance, service requests, safety compliance, and contractor management—are executed to RedPeak standards. Provide a proactive approach to problem solving and team member development. Collaborates with other departments and identifies areas for improvement and efficiency. WHAT YOU’LL DO Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff, as well as outside contractors. Coach, mentor, and develop team members through one-on-one meetings, training sessions, and performance feedback. Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing skills development for maintenance team.
