This role requires strong organizational capabilities, advanced stakeholder management skills, and the ability to maintain consistent quality and standards across diverse geographic sites while meeting client objectives and business goals. ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **Project Delivery & Execution** * Manage day-to-day activities across multiple project sites, ensuring consistent adherence to JLL's 5-phase process * Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, and budgets for all sites under management * Coordinate project activities across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives * Generate and obtain written change notifications and approvals from stakeholders across all sites * Manage risk registers, tracking and communicating risks relative to scope, schedule, and budget for each location * Conduct and document weekly project meetings, including pre-bid/pre-construction meetings across multiple sites * Oversee all punch list items and closeout processes for each location * Ensure proper documentation and correspondence are saved in accordance with JLL protocols ### **Client & Stakeholder Management** * Build and maintain strong rapport with client project representatives across a
