Multi-Site Office Services Associate New York, NY (onsite) 3+ Month (Contract to Hire) Driving is required to commute to Long Island site which is not accessible by public transportation; all other sites are in NYC (Midtown and Downtown) and accessible by subway Employees in this position normally spend 90% of their time in NYC, where all sites are accessible by public transportation, and 10% in Melville, NY (Long Island). That site is not accessible by public transportation. ## Qualifications * Seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused candidate for a multi-site office services role supporting locations throughout NYC and Melville, NY (Long Island). This is a customer-facing position providing coverage for reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, and general office services. Employees may be reassigned to different sites throughout the day and must be flexible with scheduling and travel requirements. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Responsibilities * Provide daily support across multiple NYC and Long Island office locations * Cover absences, vacations, and assist with site operations as needed * Perform mailroom operations including shipping, receiving, sorting, and deliveries * Complete print production tasks including printing, assembling, binding, and finishing documents * Replenish toner and paper, clear printer jams, and support office equipment maintenance * Greet visitors, answer and forward calls, and provide front desk reception support * Schedule conference rooms using Outlook or other applications * Communicate professionally with customers through Outlook, Microsoft Teams, phone, and in person * Assist with hospitality duties including kitch
