You'll combine hands-on safety management with strategic thinking to protect our most valuable asset – our people. Working closely with Operations leadership, you'll drive safety initiatives that make a real difference. You'll conduct comprehensive risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical solutions that protect associates while supporting productivity. Your ability to build relationships and influence positive change will be essential as you help shape our safety culture. You'll lead safety compliance efforts, conduct thorough site audits, and analyze incident trends to target improvements where they matter most. Managing our first aid program and emergency response capabilities, you'll ensure immediate care is always available. Your analytical skills will transform safety data into actionable insights, while your leadership abilities will help engage associates in our safety mission.
