What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience, 3+ years WHS/environmental programs experience, 3+ years people/performance management experience
Nice to Have
Distribution Center/manufacturing safety experience, Master's degree preferred, Experience in fast-paced organization, Certified Safety Professional preferred, Ability to develop/implement goals/strategies, Analytical skills with problem solving, Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Ability to manage multiple sites/remotely
