What You'll Do.
Monitor rental activity
Direct rental activity
Verify weekly traffic
Verify closing ratio numbers
Monitor on-site marketing
Direct on-site marketing
Maintain market knowledge
Review competition occupancy
Advise on pricing strategy
Advise on rental rate opportunities
Advise on marketplace changes
Review shopping reports
Assume responsibility for Corporate Housing Program
Direct maintenance activities
Direct landscaping activities
Direct community operations
Keep records of space conditions
Maintain vacant apartments in market ready condition

Perform monthly Property Inspection
Prepare monthly Property Inspection Report
Prepare 30-day remedy plan
Follow-up on documentation
Monitor revenue transactions
Monitor check endorsements
Monitor deposit procedures
Monitor timely rent collection
Monitor processing of payables
Monitor operating income budgets
Monitor expense budgets
Monitor capital budgets
Perform operational review
Perform analysis of corrective action
Prepare legal documentation
Serve as property representative in court
