What They're Looking For.
Must Have
MuleSoft 4. x at a high architectural level, Project experience with MuleSoft Integrations, 10+ years software development experience, Extensive knowledge of Integration patterns, Experience creating Mule applications in Anypoint Studio, Ability to design APIs and publish to Anypoint Exchange, Familiarity with designing APIs in RAML, Applied knowledge of API Development using REST and/or SOAP, Experience integrating Enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Oracle ERP, Familiarity with microservice architectures, design patterns, and monitoring tools, Experience with the CI/CD pipeline, Experience working with LLMs (e. g. , GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc. ) in production setting, Experience with prompt engineering, MCP and RAG, and agentic AI architectures, understanding of conversational UX and prompt evaluation metrics, Experience with agentic frameworks in practice (langchain, n8n, pydantic, etc), Experience with vibe coding and multi-agents, Demonstrated experience in enterprise security practices
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, and/or GCP a plus, Experience with relational database technologies, both traditional and current (NoSQL)
