What They're Looking For.
Must Have
MuleSoft 4. x at a high architectural level, Project experience with MuleSoft Integrations, 10+ years software development experience, Extensive knowledge of Integration patterns, Experience creating Mule applications in Anypoint Studio, Ability to design APIs and publish to Anypoint Exchange, Applied knowledge of API Development using REST and/or SOAP, Experience integrating Enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Oracle ERP, Experience with the CI/CD pipeline, Demonstrated experience in enterprise security practices, Experience with LLMs (e. g. , GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc. ) in production setting, Experience with prompt engineering, MCP and RAG, and agentic AI architectures, understanding of conversational UX and prompt evaluation metrics, Experience with agentic frameworks in practice (langchain, n8n, pydantic, etc), Experience with vibe coding and multi-agents, Applicants must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with designing APIs in RAML, Familiarity with microservice architectures, design patterns, and monitoring tools, Experience with cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, and/or GCP a plus, Experience with relational database technologies, both traditional and current (NoSQL)

Develop industry relevant knowledge and skills
Demonstrate technical thought leadership
Contribute to architectural standards

Participate in technical pre‑sales activities
Gain exposure to a variety of clients
and industry verticals
