Must Have
PhD/Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic, Material, Mechanical Engineering, Physics & Applied Physics or Equivalent Work Experience, 10 years' experience in semiconductor industry, Expertise in failure analysis methodologies and techniques, Experience in DRAM technology, Experience in Frontend fab Process integration or Module process, Understanding of silicon integration, Proficiency with simulation tools, Proficiency with data analytics platforms, Project management skills, Communication skills, Presentation skills, Understanding of business needs, Understanding of customers’ requirement, Ability to integrate & cooperate with people from cross function teams
Nice to Have
Semiconductor R&D or technology development or failure analysis field experience, Technical journals or patents being published internally/ externally
