**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for _all_. ** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. **As****a****MTB****Industrial****Engineer, you will be responsible for** 1.**Data****Analysis with Optimization****and Database****M****anagement :** 1)Analyze big data and establish KPI tracking models of structured and semi-structured data at manufacturing cost and headcount related. 2)Design and maintain database structure to establish ETL processes to ensure data quality and consistency for data integration and automation. 3)Provide management decision-making recommendations, including prewarn mechanism, abnormal analysis and trend forecasting. 2.**Data Visualization****with****AI********application****and sustaining operation :** 1)Build up Power BI and Tableau dashboards (such as cost budget dashboard and headcount status tracker) with routine monitoring and automate reporting, then provide management-ready one-pager insights. 2)Integrating AI applications (Copilot & AI agent) for sustaining operation and continuous optimization activities. 3.**Responsibilities****and Tasks :** 1)Establish data analysis models (use mathematical models to solve practical problem), optimized decision-making mechanism, and database management architecture to support manufacturing/operational decisions (such as cost, capacity and manpower) to improve overall operational efficiency and data-driven capability. 2)Promote data standardization and optimize data management process with high data quality, data integration from multiple systems, develop real-time monitoring with prewarn mechanism and automated report. 3)Transform data into actionable improvement plan and provide management with decision-making support (supporting weekly and monthly operation meeting). 4.**CIP****Proje
