Responsibilities and Tasks: \- Establish and improve process conditions and technology to ensure flawless operations. \- Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs through innovative solutions. \- Establish and modify process management projects to improve efficiency. \- Control process parameters for various semiconductor equipment with proven expertise. \- Assess, advocate for, and strategize new detection method to maintain a leading position in the industry. \- Analyze and improve abnormalities to maintain a strictly high standard of performance.
